He is survived by: his mother Maxine Candelaria; his stepfather Joe Sanchez; his father Ray Jaquez (Patricia); his siblings, Mateo Jaquez (Brittany Rocha) and Alyssia Jaquez (Dominick Barela); his grandparents, Elmer, Roberta Candelaria, Luis and Patricia Jaquez; and his aunts and uncles, Orlando Candelaria, Jose Luis (Monica Jaquez), Yolanda Alarcon (Reuben), Jessica Saiz (Rudy), Christina Hernandez (Erick), Valerie Miramontes (Joel), Maria Garcia (Jose), Lupe Jaquez and Lena Salazar (Joe). He is also survived by nephew; three step-brothers and three step-sisters.
