She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde R. Shue; her grandson Shawn Hidalgo; her parents, George Thomas and Gail Lucille Childs; her brother Larry Childs; and her brother-in-law Harold "Hugo" Killgo.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Shue-Williams (Kevin) of Belen, NM, Walter Shue (Twila), Dwayne Shue of Belen, NM and Tammie Shue of Belen, NM; and her siblings, Gwinette "Gwin" Killgo of Hobbs, NM, Kenneth "Kenny" Childs (Michele) of Gresham, OR, Beverly Hardy (Jay) of Edgewater, FL, Richard "Ricky" Childs (April) of Amarillo, TX and Jo Ellen Childs of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
