He is survived by: his wife Margaret Baca; his children, Philip (Debbie), Patrick (Michelle), Edward (Lisa), Mark Baca (Natasha), Angela Padilla (John) and Rebecca Aguilera (Bobby); and his siblings, Nestor (Nellie), Manuel, Marcelino Baca, Lily Garcia, Lita Longacre and Lina Roybal (Donald). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
