He was predeceased by: his brother Dan Sanchez. He is survived by: his son Max Sanchez; his daughter-in-law Alicia Padilla; his grandchildren, Xan Sanchez Priscilla Casas (Nate) and Max Sanchez; and his siblings, Rosie Pedrego and Ben Sanchez. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
