1947-2022 Judy Ellen Dodd, age 75, a resident of Belen, NM, passed away on December 22, 2022. She was born in Okemah, OK on May 21, 1947. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, February 5th, 2023 at First Baptist Church (401 Becker Ave. Belen, NM 87002) at 2:00 p.m., and will be officiated by Phil Gregory. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at a later date at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Flossie Rhea; children, Robert and Angela Dodd; and siblings, Wright and Howard Rhea. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Phillip Dodd; son, Timothy Dodd (Deborah); grandchildren, Robert and Rachel; siblings, Houston and David Rhea, Joyce Russel, and Sharon Smith; and many nieces and nephews.
