He was predeceased by: his father Eddie Abeyta. He is survived by: his mother Helen Abeyta of Belen, NM; his siblings, Rydell Abeyta of Truth, Patrick Abeyta of Choctaw, OK and Vicki Hurbina (Eddie); and his uncle Marvin Miller of Edmund. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
