Herminio was predeceased by: wife Susan Chavez; and son Dominic Chavez. Herminio is survived by: brother Nick; son Kevin; daughter-in-law Debbie; grandchildren, Corey, Analeah, Monique and Marcus; and great grandchildren, Asher, Ella and Mikaylah. Herminio is also survived by nieces and nephews.
