He was predeceased by: his sister Catherine Sedillo. He is survived by: his children, Gilbert C. Gallegos and Maria Henderson (Joel); and his grandchildren, Leticia Quinn, April Quinn, Lena Dahn (Daniel), Naomi Quinn, Jackson Quinn, Lydia Rae Krebbs (Cannon) and Magdalena Gallegos. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
