He was predeceased by: his great grandchild I'liyah Rae Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Sibie; and his children, Steven (Maxine), Phyllis (Matt), Joseph (Magdelene), Bess, Pamela and Sean. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
