She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Embry and Ella Brown Embry. She is survived by: her husband Alex Sánchez; her children, Keith, Todd and Christi Sánchez (Ricardo Sánchez); her grandchildren, Elijah Meeks-Sánchez, Tobias, Ella and Lucas Akito Sánchez; and her siblings, Mary, Janet, Gail and Marci. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church (101 N 10th St, Belen, NM 87002). A rosary was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens (101 N 10th St, Belen, NM 87002).
