It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doyle Gene Nelson Sr. of Belen, New Mexico, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Nelson; his children, Doyle Nelson Jr., Leona Wagner and Dawn Nelson; and his stepdaughters, Jennifer Hamsing and Melissa Anderson. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and a few great-grandchildren.
