He is survived by: his wife Linda Cook of Belen; his son David Nathan Cook (Lisa) of Vacaville California; his siblings, Martha Smith of Albuquerque, Larry Cook (Judy) of Alabama and Richard Cook of Colorado; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley Hill, Kaitlyn (Hill), Santiago Baca (Graycee), Randa (Hill), Dustin Roper, Kyle, Dana Hill, Ross, Reese, Meika, Savannah, Oakley, Kyler, Breanne, Susan and Ashlyn Cook.
