It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Aragon of Belen, New Mexico, who passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Aragon to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Salazar and Margaret Garcia Salazar; her brother Danny; and her sister-in-law Bernice. She is survived by: her husband Eddie; her children, Manuel (Louise) and Kathleen Saiz (Ernest); her grandchildren, Ernest (Jessica), Allison Saiz (John), Julianna Gabaldon (Jacob) and Victoria Markland (Jaron); her great grandchildren, Autumn, Allie, Raylee, Weston, Kylie and Axl; her sisters, Margaret Duenas (Vernon) and Adela Griego (David); and her sister-in-law Bernadette Torres (Ernest). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church (101 N 10th St, Belen, NM 87002). A rosary will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens (101 N 10th St, Belen, NM 87002).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Barbara's memory to St. Mary's Catholic School in Belen, 101 N 10th St., Belen, NM 87002.
