She is survived by: her husband Refugio Valdez Rizo; her children, Leticia Valenzuela (David), Valenzuela, Jorge Valdez, Sylvia Campbell (Grant), Moises Valdez (Graciela) and Esteban Valdez (late Rita Valdez); her siblings, Maria Engracia Padilla and Luis Padilla; and her friend Rita Valdez. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 greatgrandchildren.
