She was predeceased by: her brother Joshua Martinez; her grandfathers, Michael Martinez and A. T. Carrejo; her great-grandparent Sofia Sanchez; and her great-uncle Jimmy Martinez.
She is survived by: her husband Julian Perry; her children, Domaris Martinez, Nathaniel, Briseis and Julian Jr. Perry; her father Guy Martinez; her stepmother Jennifer Martinez; her mother Sophia Carrejo (Christy Kasiuba); her sisters, Shaylynn Martinez and Olivia; her grandparents, Bonnie Terry, Sheila and David Garcia; her aunts and uncles, Rudy Casida, Nathan Terry, Marie Martinez, Antonio Carrejo (Michelle) and Antoinette (James Caldwell); her nephews, Michael, Mathius and Joesiah; and her stepsiblings, Danielle, Lindsey and Kevin. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
