He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipe Huerta and Adela Cabrera Huerta; and his siblings, Bill Huerta, Alice Fedak, Jean Wing, Mary Martinez, Rebecca Dutro and Danny Huerta.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Huerta; his children, Diane Finney (Terrell), Joyce Huerta, Ruth Darlene Seawolf (Roy), Sharon Huerta (Carol) and Jason Huerta (Chad); his grandchildren, Shane Gonzales, Joshua Finney, Ryan Gonzales (Rosalva), Kellyn Finney, Renatta Griego (Luke), Jasmine Miller (Alex) and Samantha Terry; his great grandchildren, Alexi Gonzales, Asyia Footracer, Hailey Jo Footracer, Dominic Gonzalez, Noah Gonzales, Gabriel Miller, Kaylee Miller, Regan Griego, Audra Gonzales, Micah Griego, Rylan Miller, Uriah Griego, Layla Miller, Josiah Hix and Christopher Hix; and his brother Bob Huerta (Phyllis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
