He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Rebecca Francis; his wife Frances Kelly (Ordoñez); his daughters, Melissa Kelly Gonzales (Joseph) of Bayard, NM and Katherine Kelly (Eddie) of Bayard, NM; his sister Debbie Brown of Crawfordsville, IN; his grandson Alexzander Dominic Herrera; his parent Rebecca White (Francis); his siblings, Ronald Joe Kelly and Deanna Easterbrook; his close friends, Cleo Lopez and Chon Manzano; and his friends, Rick Moore, Larry Smith, Roger Bell, David Seabolt, Lieutenant Governor Howie Morales and Joey Montoya.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Terrazas Funeral Chapels (1 Fort Bayard Rd, Silver City, NM 88061). A rosary was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima (340 Mayo St, Bayard, NM 88023). The military honors was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Bayard National Cemetery (200 Cam De Paz, Fort Bayard, NM 88036).
