With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Ray Smith of Aztec, New Mexico, born in OKeene, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 23, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Alford Smith (Tex); and his brothers, Steve, Terry Don and Richard. He is survived by: his mother Lenora Smith (Thurlo); his wife Jana; his children, Jason (Alison) and Chong "Boogie" (Wil); his grandchildren, Dominique, Brook, Emilee, Jayden and Kayla; his great grandchild Lucas "Bobo"; his sisters, Sarah Lynn, Janet, Pam and Janie; and his stepmother Ruth.
