He is survived by: his former wife Janet Seagren; his wife Cindy; his children, Jason Burgett (Erica), Shannon Eckley (Brent), Ashley Burgett (Brandy Bosman) and Dalton Horn; his grandchildren, Mike Eckley, Madison Eckley, Mariah, Christian Dalton, Lyssa Eckley, Austen Burgett, Tanner Burgett, Zach Bosman, Taylor Bosman and Paisley Bosman; and his brothers, Stan Burgett (Linda), Tim Burgett (Denice), Dan Burgett (JeriLyn) and Joe Burgett (Cindi). He is also survived by his wife, his children, and his grandchildren.
