He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Lee Olliffe (Mindy Olliffe). He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Olliffe (Bible); his niece Odessa; and his stepdaughter Holly. He is also survived by numerous cousins and 1 Uncle and 2 Aunts.
