He is survived by: his parents, Evelyn Anna and Ira Elmer Rayburn; his siblings, Lynn Rayburn, Bertha Fay Rayburn and Dorothy Evelyn Boring; his granddaughter Qunisa Gabrielle Rayburn; his wife Georgia Lou Rayburn; and his children, Melinda Sam (Melvin), Eric Rayburn (Amy), Jacqueline Brightman (Bill) and Sybrina Rayburn.
