He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Welch and Martha Welch; his wife Becky; his daughters, Kacie (Matthew Serrano) and Charlsie (Luis Vasquez); his grandchildren, Easten, Braxten, Bronx, Ella, Izayah Serrano, Jaibren and Zaiden Vasquez; his brother Dusty Welch; and his grandchildren, Ambrielle and Brylem Welch. He was also cherished by animals, watching his daughters show animals.
