She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorcus Sparks and Earl Sparks; her husband Sam Plumlee; and her siblings, Paula Henry, Cynthia Gay, Laquita Johnson, Gina Reese and Bill Hargrove. She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service celebrating Debbie's life will be held at a later date due to Covid.
