He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia; and his nephew Ryan Kittredge. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Garth, Kelsey and Mike; his father Hjalmar; and his siblings, Mary Kittredge (Patrick) and Joel (Yuka). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
