He was predeceased by: his parent Wilma; and his brother Wallace Dean Hall. He is survived by: his children, Casey Hall and Melanie Mize; his sister Sandra Townsend; his grandchildren, Raven Cervantes, Chazz Gourley of Kenai and Billy Ray Hall of Aztec, NM; and his great grandchildren, Chevelle Gourley of Kenai, Shelby Gourley of Kenai and Carson Gourley of Kenai.
