She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Laura Reeves Sewell and Chappel Clayton Sewell; her husband James Maupin; her children, Charles Clinton Maupin and Jamie Fay Hawthorne; and her granddaughter Laura Nadee Hawthorne.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis (Betty) and Terry (Donna); her grandchildren, Chris, Kimmy Hawthorne, Paul, Elizabeth Maupin, Charles, Stephanie Maupin, David, Allie Maupin, Terah Maupin Sexton, Jeremy, Nicole Maupin, Julie, Derek Washicheck, Jamie and Derek Montoya; her great grandchildren, Addeline Hawthorne, McClain, Bradford Maupin, Lucy, Lily, Jett Maupin, Davey, Grady, Stevie, Charlie Maupin, Brooks, Tripp, Kadence Sexton, Finley and Callaway Maupin; and her grandchildren, Grayden, Braelyn Washichek, Kion, Kamden and Keyana Montoya.
Memorial contributions may be made to the New Mexico Christian Children's Home in Portales, NM or the Hermosa Church of Christ Benevolence Fund in lieu of flowers.
