He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lee Cannon and Annie Louise Raglin. He is survived by: his brother Leonard Ray Raglin; his niece LaToya Renee Raglin Bustamante; his nephew Todd Raglin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jazmin Raelynn Raglin, Gabriella Marie Bustamante, Jaythan Raglin, Traesean Raglin and Korey Raglin. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
