With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tina Thomas of Artesia, New Mexico, born in Ennis, Texas, who passed away on February 8, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Thomas; her daughter Deborah Lynn; and her parents, Joseph Spurgeon and Opal McLain Spurgeon. She is survived by: her daughter Diana Fenton (John); her grandchildren, Jeramy (Mary), Jason, Tabitha (James), Brian, Louis and Daniel (Unique) of California; her children, Brandon Nelson (Britney), Nathan, Natalie Rutledge of Artesia and Shawleigh of Oklahoma; her brother James Spurgeon (Kelly); and her great-aunt Allie Spurgeon. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, several cousins and nephews.
