He is survived by: his parents, Tom Lewis and Pam Wyatt Lewis; his wife Anna Lewis; his children, Nicholas Lewis, Deonne Green and Emma Lewis; his siblings, Rix Lewis (Joyce), Jamie Lewis (Cheryl) and Shirley Gail (Russ); and his grandchildren, Camden, Layla and Wyatt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
