She is survived by: her husband Loreto Quezada; her son Matthew Quezada; her stepmother Mikey; her mother Angela Alvarez; her siblings, Marissa Leavitt (Cal), Sheena Smith (Timmy) and Chad Miller (Cayla); and her nieces and nephews, Jett, Grayson, Ashlynn, Kaelynn, Charli and Evie.
