With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosa McNeil of Artesia, New Mexico, who passed away on July 29, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gonzalo Montoya and Patricia Valenzuela Montoya; and her siblings, Lupe Baeza and Javier Montoya. She is survived by: her husband Richard McNeil; her children, Chris McNeil (Delilah), Tootie McNeil (Jennifer), Richard McNeil (Mykell), Champagne Baker (Joseph), James McNeil, Jacob Montoya and Nick Montoya (Michelle); and her siblings, Gonzalo Montoya, Abel Montoya, Danny Montoya, Mary Pasillas and Juanita Aguilar. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
