He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur "Doc" and Allie Faye Walls; his sister Nelda Shipman (Walls); his half-brothers, John William Walls and Carldean Walls; and his sisters-in-law, Lynda Walls and Beth Goad.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gayle Walls (Shockey); his son William S. Walls; his stepson Jamin D Gerdes; his brothers, Gayland Walls and Roy Walls; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Hartnett (Kieth) and Gary Goad; and his stepgrandchildren, Jordan and Josiah Gerdes. He is also survived by several nephews, cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Terpening & Son Mortuary (611 W Grand Ave, Artesia, NM 88210).
