He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Esquibel and Rosa Esquibel (Pam Peters); his siblings, Manuel Esquibel Jr. and Margie Segura; and his nephew Javier Jose Lopez.
He is survived by: his children, Angela (Dusty Letcher) and Pete Esquibel Jr. (Lace); his grandchildren, Allee Mishelle (Ethan), Makyla Rae (Carlos), Jennah, Dominic and David; his great grandchild Dior Ray; and his sisters, Mary Flores, Andrea Ybarra, Luci Ybarra (David), Emma Lopez Christine Stromme of Austin and Baola Olson (Michael) of Las Cruses. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and great nephew and a whole bunch of gods children.
