He is survived by: his children, Gary Michael Thompson of Artesia, Linger Thompson Stearns (Riley Stearns) of Roswell and Brent O'Neal Thompson (Brenda Stewart-Thompson); his grandchildren, Jahrika Graham Riʹchard, Ramses L. Thompson and Julian Brevin Thompson; his great grandchildren, Juedeja Riʹchard and Mikayla Riʹchard; his siblings, Willie Mae Sanders, Mattie Thompson Dews, Geraldine Thompson, Major Artemis Thompson, Emerson Thompson and Leon Thompson; and also, Lloyd and Lida Lee Thompson.
