It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mittie Runyan of Artesia, New Mexico, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Jane Watts; her nephew Chad Hathorn; and her parents-in-law, Margie Hightower and David Runyan (Sonny). She is survived by: her father Sonny Watts; her husband Mel Runyan; her daughters, Mattie Henson (Scott), Marlee Runyan and Ryan Bledsoe; her sister Melinda Hathorn (Randy); her brother-in-law John Runyan; her grandchildren, Colten Henson, Tyler Henson (Kayla), Payton Henson, Yesenia and Lauren Henson; her great grandchildren, Joslynn and Braelynn; her nieces and nephews, Mandy, Billy Norman, Geoffrey and Kassie Hathorn; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan, Henry Cooper, Madison, Braxton, Brooke, Morgan and Ervin.
