She is survived by: her son Jacob Joel Matthews (Polly Matthews); her grandchildren, Kase Ray, Rhynlee Myree and James Cole; her boyfriend Richard Martin; her brothers, Ron Carson (Ann), Reese Carson and Joel Carson (Karen); and her nephews, Reese Carson, Jr., Kenz Price, Joel Carson IV and Chris Carson.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the Methodist Church of Artesia.
