He was predeceased by: his brothers, William Rodriquez and Reyes Rodriguez; and his children, Sammy Gutierrez and Brenda Gutierrez. He is survived by: his children, Clarence Gutierrez, David Gutierrez, Eddie Gutierrez, Zelda Partida and Janice DeLeon; and his sister Ofelia Marquez. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
