He was predeceased by: his father Frank Devine; his wife Garilyn Elizabeth Tidwell; and his mother Evelyn Mae Farris. He is survived by: his sisters, Sherry Fleming, Becky Shipman and Franki Ingram; his children, Brandon Scott Devine and Leslie Brooke Clowe; and his grandchildren, Joshua Stiles Devine, Jake Caleb Devine and Kaitlyn Elizabeth Devine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
