He is survived by: his wife Joy Eickhoff; his children, Dawn Buck (Hammon), John Eickhoff (Michele) and Michael Eickhoff (Margo); his grandchildren, Rachel Andrew (Eian), Luke Huebner (Jenci), Paul Huebner, Jessica Cervi (Mike), Sarah Martin (Waylon), Joseph Eickhoff, Joshua Eickhoff, Brennan Eickhoff and Braxton Eickhoff; his great grandchildren, Elliot Joy Cervi, James William Cervi, Silas Michael Cervi, Noah Martin and Daisy Eickhoff; his nephews, Steve and Rodney Shaw; and his niece Jenise Dahlin.
