He is survived by: his son Scott Lewellen of Lovington, NM; his daughter-in-law Kathy Lewellen of San Angelo, TX; his granddaughters, Kelly Kerby (Trey), Kendra Holms (Nick), Erin Cummings, Lisa Russell (Keith) and Kacci Jacoby (Tom); and his great grandchildren, Kooper, Tessa Kerby, McKenzie, Benjamin, Aliyah Holms, Ella Cummings, Adalynn Russell, Gage and Levi Jacoby.
