Polk (Dustin), Mariah Ashley Longwith (Joshua), Nicoel Deann Shipley (Mitchell), R. J. Lewis, Brandon Wayne Lewis (Jazmin) and Brooke Nicole Garcia (Roberto); her great grandchildren, Baylar S.
