He is survived by: his wife Rita Johnson Murphy; his children, Sonya Clark (Jim) of Waurika, OK and Mike Murphy (Tenna) of Arcadia, OK; his grandchildren, Brady Clark (Erin), Brandi Clark (Quinn Bolt), Taylor Murphy (Haley), Kenzie Murphy Higginbottom (Josh), Kaitlyn Murphy and Kathryn Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Sammy Clark and Ruthie Clark.
