He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Garel Ray and Myrtle Westall, Sr.; his birth mother Joretta Wallace; and his father-in-law Leo Rivera. He is survived by: his parents, Ray Westall and Karen Westall; his wife Connie Westall; his children, Ashley Rae Westall and Tyler Thomas Westall; his mother-in-law Emma Rivera; his sister Tammie Hanson (David); his sister-in-law Ginger Gonzalez (James); his nephews, Milo Bustos and Ethan Rivera; his sister-in-law Stephanie Rivera; his nephew Stephen Mendez; and his aunt Sandra Westall.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Terpening & Son Mortuary (611 W Grand Ave, Artesia, NM 88210).
