We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2024, at the age of 67, Frank M. Moreno of Artesia, New Mexico, born in Kermit, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Isidro Moreno and Enriqueta Moreno; and his sister Mary Moreno. He is survived by: his wife Ana Rodriguez of Hobbs; his children, Leslie Moreno of Odessa, TX, Jessica, Angela Moreno of Hobbs, NM and Joshua Moreno (Kylee) of Artesia, NM; his brothers, Joe Moreno (Josie) of Crane, TX and Rudy Moreno (Liberada) of Marble Falls, TX.; and his pet Chapo. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 nephews, and 2 nieces.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chapel of Hope Funeral Home (3321 N Dal Paso St, Hobbs, NM 88240). A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Hope Funerals & Cremations (3321 N Dal Paso St, Hobbs, NM 88240). A Mass was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Helena Catholic Church (100 E Bender Blvd, Hobbs, NM 88240). A burial was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Twin Oaks Memorial Park (59 Lake Arthur Hwy, Artesia, NM 88210).
