He is survived by: his wife Kathy Muniz; his children, Carmen M. Saiz (Sal Saiz Jr.), Crystal D. Ortigoza (Tim Ortigoza), Marcus Muniz (Asah Muniz) and Joshua J. Muniz (Stephanie); his siblings, Luis Olivas (Sandra) of Belton, Pete Muniz of Monahans, Joe Olivas of Artesia, Jesse (Debbie Olivas), Mary Gabaldon (Alfredo Sr.) of Artesia, Sylvia Flores (Ramiro Sr.) of Artesia and Janie Olivas of Albuquerque; his grandchildren, Gabriella Acosta (Aron), Gavino Saiz (Brianna), Ashley Saiz, Devin Aranda, Danielle Aranda, Nahely Muniz, Josiah Muniz, Alexia, Jaylynn, Jocelynn and Jalyssa Muniz; and his great grandchildren, Noah, A'liyana, Ezeriah Acosta, Aiden and Bryson Saiz. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
