It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Izard of Artesia, New Mexico, born in Lakewood, New Mexico, who passed away on March 25, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Leb McDonald and Marie Elizabeth Knowles McDonald; and her husband Izzy. She is survived by: her former husband John Carter Izard; her daughter Carol Ann (Todd) of Midland; her grandson Colton (Kim); and her great grandchildren, Lila Marie and Conor of Seattle, WA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
