It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Eugene Tidwell (Artesia, New Mexico), who passed away on August 21, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Columbus Tidwell, Sr. and Eunice Viola Chaney Tidwell; and his siblings, Warren Columbus Tidwell, Jr., Elizabeth Broocke, Alma Means, Bill Tidwell, Margie Lee Tidwell, Dan Tidwell, Fred Tidwell, Jerry Tidwell and Ronnie Tidwell.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Tidwell, Lisa Liberatore, Vann Tidwell (Nelva), Mark Tidwell and Scott Fisher; his granddaughters, Jacqueline Shawn Faletti (Rick), Danielle Keller (Austin) and Destri Shaw (Aaron); his great grandchildren, Brandon Tyler Herculson, Charli Grace Faletti, Bo Frank Shaw and John Joseph Faletti; and his sister-in-law Jo Tidwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Community Enrichment Center or the Alzheimer's Association.
