He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller Pinkerton and Letha Alta Pierce; his siblings, Octavia Wallace, John Pinkerton and Jimmy Pinkerton; and his nephew Billy Wallace.
He is survived by: his son Jory Pinkerton; his brother Phillip Pinkerton; his nephews, Wayne Wright (Caresa), Sonny Wallace (Danae), Jimmy Pinkerton, David Pinkerton, Danny Pinkerton and Michael Pinkerton; his niece Teresa Marshall; and his grandchild Whilley Elaine Pinkerton.
