He is survived by: his significant other Roxanna; his siblings, Jimmy Maddox (Ann), Ronnie Maddox and Carrie Ann Flanagan (David); his children, Amber Latham (Paul), Kimberly Morris (Terry), Alena Latham, Leanna Davis (Cody), Liza Latham, Montana Mariscal, Robert Shields (Krystel) and Ramon Frazee (Janette); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Evelyn, Chloe, Trey, Georgia, Zaydenn, Zahriah, Zaydah and Zy'bryn; his mother-in-law Esther Frazee; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Matejka (Curt) and Rene Frazee.
