She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Lewis. She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Koch and Wilhemina Smith Koch; her children, Deonne Green, Emma Lewis and Nicholas Lewis; and her grandchildren, Camden, Layla and Wyatt.
